Pumpkin Dump Cake

Ingredients:
1-box yellow cake mix
1-large can pumpkin pie mix
1-8oz can evaporated milk
2-eggs
1-stick butter (melted)
2-small pkgs. pecan halves
Mix pumpkin pie mix with eggs and evaporated milk. Pour into large baking dish, crumble dry cake mix over the top, drizzle with melted butter, garnish with pecan halves.
Bake in preheated 350 degree oven, until brown. Approximately 45 minutes.
Easy recipe that reminds me of dump cakes. This may well be a pumpkin dump cake. Some of you might have already tried this dessert. Whatever it's called, enjoy!
I sprinkled a small amount of powdered sugar over my sample. I believe a little whipped cream might be good, with this dessert, too.

St. George to Zion

We just came home after two weeks in Utah.

We took Joe and Grayson to the St. George Temple, then visited a family member Aunt Mary Etta (Cot) in Washington, UT and then
traveled back to Circleville (UT) by way on Zion National Park. We took the shuttle in the park

and traveled to all the stops that led all the way to'the Narrows and back to the west entrance of
the park.

After just visiting the temple I was simply amazed how many of the sites in the park were
named with such spiritual names as the "Court of the Three Patriarchs, Jacob, Abraham and Isaac", "Great White Throne", "The East & West Temple", "Kolob Canyon" and the "Watchman and the Virgin River". Another wonder to mention was the 1 mile tunnel.

Bark Lee

Sir Bark Lee greets all who enter our home. He has been on most of the family vacations including Utah, Buttercup at the Imperial Sand Dunes, CA, even distinguished as Camp Dog at the Peoria Stake Trek at Heber-Overguard, AZ. He lives up to name and was nearly renamed Sir Barks Allot.
